The basis for the foundation’s programs is derived from a community-based concept which focuses on the community helping the community and it is our hope that the youth will be compelled by the outreach they will receive to want to give back to their own community to continue the giving and effective cycle of change. Our goal is to help the community to rely upon their strengths so it will impact what we see behaviorally, socially, financia-lly, and academically. |

Events & Programs |

Throughout the year, the Rising Stars Foundation will host several events to help in their fundraiser efforts. Some of the events are free while others charge fees that go directly to the operation and expenditures of the Rising Stars Foundation and its programs. |
