All-Leadership football camp focuses on the importance of teaching leadership skills to the youth during their developmental stages. The components are based on integrity, vision, inspiration and performance, which are attributes of all great leaders.
The Youth “Leadership” component of the camp will feature non-contact skill instructions over the course of two full days. In addition, camp participants will be required to write about “What Leadership Means to Them” and why they believe they are Rising Stars. These essays will be shared amongst all participants with the goal of bringing motivation, determination and inspiration to all camp members.
Furthermore, the football camp also includes a specific track called “Exposure Through Learning” that is geared toward young men between the ages of 14-18. Its primary purpose is to help students broaden their base knowledge through community service and teaching them how to develop and strengthen partnership in Paterson, NJ and surrounding communities. |
